Delivery times vary depending on destination, printing schedules, fulfillment providers, and postal services.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a publication arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • Replacement copies

  • Refunds

  • Alternative solutions

EU Consumer Rights

Consumers within the European Union may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Digital Publications

Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, all digital sales are generally final once access has been provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Lost Shipments

If an order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the fulfillment provider and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
